Hi. Probably not the usual case on here, but I am a pretty normal 32 year old.
I am a mother of 2, and following an abusive relationship I am stuck in a huge rut! This is my absolute last resort. I am not the usual on here, i am genuinely just looking for help.
Following a broken down relationship I am tied with land that i cannot sell, due to legal ties ( very complicated), because of this land it is viewed as an asset to benefit help, which i need as a single mother. I am in no means able to sell it due to the clauses that are on the land, but unable to prove this. This means i am stuck living here with two children in a static caravan with mold, I have a son and daughter, and this situation i feel is affecting their well being. I am unable to afford to move from here or go into a rental, as benefits wont help me as they see this field as an asset, although it isnt sellable! All my savings went into this field, buying a static, and doing some grounds work for a parking area for the car, and furniting the caravan as i came from my relationship with nothing. My childrens father barely sees the children, and the support i get barley covers food shopping. I work full time, when my children are unwell i cover everything. I dont get paid for time off, and i have to save my annual leave for summer and take alot of that unpaid which leaves me in debt as i get no help from anyone and universal credit wont cover my childacre costs either. What im asking for is for someone generous to just help me, i know to some people certian amounts of money are nothing, but to me it could change my life and my childrens. im just asking for someone to help me with a deposit so i can buy and secure myself and the children. if i can do this my ties with benefits will be gone, and this land wont no longer have a hold over us. i am really desperate for help. i feel stuck, it is taking a toll on my health and i feel some days i cant cope with the stress of it all no longer. i have no family willing to help or to put us up for a few months so i can sell my static for some money towards a deposit, and i am unable to afford to rent temporarily to be in that position either.i feel trapped. if someone can help me at all id be happy to go more into detail to explain further. i am a genuine case that have tried all options to gain help, this is purely my last resort, im not the standard brat on here. i am a genuine and grateful person just in need of some help to get me on my feet.
